HISTORIC: Los Tucanes De Tijuana "Rompiéndola" With "La Chona" At Coachella
Los Tucanes de Tijuana blew up Coachella with "La Chona"
Los Tucanes De Tijuana made history yesterday as the first ever norteño group to play Coachella, performing their signature hit "La Chona" for a crowded sea of dancing, singing fans - TWICE.
Coachella mayor, Steven Hernandez, celebrated the occasion by presenting Los Tucanes with a key to the city, saying, "For the first time in the history of the festival, we have a local norteño group that’s actually going to be playing at the festival."

Los Tucanes, along with J. Balvin and Bad Bunny, playing the mainstage at one of the nation's, and the world's, largest and most popular music festivals is a testament to the power and influence of not just Latino music, but of Latinos themselves.
Coachella will never be the same - we hope.
